VIP Treatment: Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our high-value clients, becoming their trusted advisor in all banking matters. Client Meetings & Consultations: Tailored Solutions: Engage with Elite, Institutional, Preferred, and Professional Program clients, offering customized banking products and services to meet their unique financial needs. Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. Application Preparation & Submission: Detail-Oriented Excellence:
Prepare and submit meticulous loan applications for new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Support Business Growth: Handle the preparation and submission of Merchant Services applications, aiding in the expansion of our merchant customer base. Business Development & Sales Support: Innovative Strategies: Drive business development initiatives with creative and strategic thinking, identifying new opportunities for growth. Campaign Champion: Participate in dynamic sales and promotional campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and product adoption. Presentations & Public Engagement: Engaging Speaker: Deliver compelling presentations at events, seminars, and forums, showcasing our innovative banking products and services. Community Leader:
Represent the bank at community outreach events, strengthening our presence and reputation. Client Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Proactive Engagement: Follow up with prospective client’s post-inquiries and presentations, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. Trust Builder: Cultivate trust and loyalty with clients through ongoing support and exceptional service. Personal Financial Planning & Coaching: Empower Clients: Offer personalized financial planning and coaching sessions, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals. Strategic Advisor: Assist clients in developing and implementing sound financial strategies. Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs: Retention Specialist:
Participate in customer retention programs, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction. Loyalty Architect: Implement strategies to boost customer loyalty, ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction. Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking skills to manage the administration of multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional ability to identify and engage potential clients. Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in financial analysis and preparation of credit and merchant services applications. Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
