As a Merchant Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of our Merchant Services Team, dedicated to expanding our merchant services footprint and enhancing business operations for our clients. Your role will involve account management, technical support and providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. This position is available in New Providence, The Bahamas. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate merchant solutions. Conduct monthly visits to Family Island merchants to ensure service quality and address any emerging needs. Complete detailed reviews after each visit to plan for future interactions and identify potential opportunities. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum of three years' experience in card products and services. Must have own vehicle. Ability to travel.
Must be tech savvy, with a strong understanding of merchant services products including POS systems, payment processing, and e-commerce solutions. Ability to effectively communicate and persuade, fostering positive relationships and inspiring action. Attention to detail with excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting demands. Benefits: Competitive salary.
