The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and coordinating field operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Job ResponsibilityIdentify and engage potential customers to sell loans and meet loan disbursement targetsClient onboarding for the purpose of offering loans and services that meet the client’s specific financial needsDevelop a good customer base and business network for continuous loan booking for both new and existing customersConstantly engage customers to enlighten them on new loan products Identify opportunities and areas for growth Build and maintain a good relationship with the Niger State MDA payroll officers and the Ministry of Digital Economy to facilitate the submission of monthly deduction schedules Ensure monthly deductions are remittedAdminister the Niger State business operationsMust be based in Minna, fluent in Hausa, and have at least 2 years’ experience selling loan productsQualificationsMinimum OND in any fieldMust be based in Minna. Fluent in Hausa and have at least 2 years’ experience selling loan products.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
