Location: AbujaEmployment Type: Full timeJob OverviewWe are looking to hire a Logistics Officer to help us drive B2B acquisition efforts.Previous experience in FMCG, logistics or general supply chain space is a plus but not mandatory.Ability to speak Hausa for Abuja candidates is a MUST.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, register, approve, train and onboard partners to the platform to service the different categories of customer segmentsHandle drivers management for the supply chain companies and oversee the day-to-day activities of driversEnsure the registration of all drivers on the platformWork with the PSO to manage the day-to-day operations of partners from registration to paymentEnsure adequate availability of partners (vehicles) to service the different segments of customersEnsure and enforce partners' conformity with the laid down rules and regulations of the platform.Scout for partners in areas/states/cities based on expansion plans and demand on the platformHandle and solve issues that will come up during registration, onboarding and in transit.Collecting and analyzing data concerning client behaviour to understand changing needsRequirementsHND/BSC Educational qualification2 - 7 years experience in sales, marketing or business developmentProven customer service experience.Strong interpersonal relationship management skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to identify and solve problems.Ability to persuade and negotiate.The candidate must reside in AbujaAbility to speak Hausa for Abuja candidates is a MUST.BenefitsHealth insurance coverageMaternity & paternity leave21 working days paid annual leaveFlexible work culture, largely remoteCompensation and commission packageExposure at a growing tech company with a clear career path, presence in other Nigerian cities and at least 8 African countries by 2025.SalaryNGN 105,000 - 175,000How To ApplyInterested and qualified candidates are to send their CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the job title as the subject of email.
