We partner with families to create tailored programs that build on each child's strengths, overcome challenges, and foster meaningful growth.Position Summary – Community Outreach & Referral SpecialistAs a Community Outreach & Referral Specialist at Milestones Moments ABA, you’ll be on the front lines of expanding access to life-changing ABA services. This field-based role involves building relationships with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals and connect families to the support they need. Your outreach efforts will directly contribute to improving the lives of children with autism and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and other potential referral sourcesEducate community stakeholders about Milestones Moments ABA services and the benefits of early interventionRepresent the organization at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach opportunitiesServe as the first point of contact for new referrals, providing helpful information and guiding families through the intake processTrack referral activity, outreach efforts, and lead conversions using internal systemsCollaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clientsAssist with the development of outreach materials, presentations, and social media content to increase visibilityQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or a related field preferred but not requiredExperience in outreach, business development, or referral generation in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is a plusStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speakerSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the fieldPassion for helping children and families access quality careYou’ll be part of a mission-driven team making a real impact.
