You’ll help bring our multi-clinic pilot strategy to life, supporting 5–10 clinic groups through their pilot journey, while also re-engaging hundreds of existing partners to get the most from the PPP community. If you love people, thrive in a startup environment, and enjoy creating structure in a dynamic, evolving setting, this is a role where you’ll make an immediate impact and grow alongside the program.What You’ll Do:1️⃣ Multi-Clinic Pilot Coordination (Primary Focus)- Lead outreach to multi-clinic groups that fit our pilot criteria.- Serve as the main point of contact (“Pilot Lead”) for each group during the 6-week “Proof of Value” pilot.- Coordinate onboarding calls with lead clinicians and clinic administrators (supported by Bex & Catherine).- Manage pilot logistics — from onboarding to feedback collection and debrief meetings.- Track milestones, ensure timely communication, and help gather testimonials and outcome data.- Maintain clean tracking of pilot progress and performance metrics in our CRM.2️⃣ Partner Activation (Secondary Focus)- Reconnect with existing PPP partners who are inactive or only partially onboarded.- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, messages) to encourage activation — e.g., logging into the portal, making their first purchase, or starting a rental.- Develop and test creative ideas for re-engagement (spotlight stories, incentives, competitions, or quick-start calls).- Track activation outcomes and share learnings with the team.About You:You’re personable, adaptable, and love connecting with people. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, test new approaches, and bring energy to your conversations. You enjoy structure, yet remain comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving and improving.You bring:- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, partnership coordination, customer success, or healthcare sales.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up habits.- A “test and learn” mindset — flexible, curious, and solutions-focused.- Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving processes.- Proficiency with LinkedIn and cold email outreach (must have).- Experience with Expandii and HubSpot (desirable).- Bonus: familiarity with healthcare, MedTech, physical therapy, chiropractic, or wellness industries.Why Join Us:At Kineon, we’re on a mission to help people move better, heal faster, and live pain-free through the power of red light therapy.
