YOUR responsibilities as a Field Sales Admin Trainee will include (but not limited to)Daily review and validation of On-Shelf Availability (OSA) photo documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceMonitoring OSA results and flagging discrepancies or missing informationIdentifying recurring issues in field photo documentation and escalating where neededSupporting the Field Sales team with OSA-related administrative and coordination tasksMaintaining OSA databases, ensuring all data and visuals are up to date and documented properlyAssisting in monthly Field Sales Meetings by preparing OSA status updates and sharing key findingsAbout youWe are looking for a Field Sales Admin Trainee with the following profileOngoing university studies in Economics, Business or related fieldsActive student status for at least 1 more year in HungaryMinimum 30-40 working hours/week availabilityStrong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, user-level knowledge of Power BI is an advantageAnalytical mindset, detail-oriented, problem-solving capabilitiesTeam player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learnLanguages fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)About usAbout UsDanone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
