Job Description Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an Sales Planning & Distribution Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales Team in Szentendre Responsibilities What will be your roles and responsibilities? Contribution to the implementation of the Hungarian NSC (National Sales Company) and the EDM (European Direct Markets) strategy by ensuring efficient sales planning and order to delivery (orderbank management and distribution) and reporting processes. Preparation and distribution of monthly sales planning, production and logistics newsletter Contribution to sales planning process Any sales planning related support to sales teams Controlling orderbank (order creation / cancellation / modifications) MY changes management Holds, releases, priority management Dealer and cross market tagging Liaising with EDM and Hungarian NSC sales zone managers on the above Database management (reports, queries, tables, etc.) Interfacing with production source contacts to ensure timely availability for vehicle scheduling Interfacing with market contacts to inform them of vehicle scheduling plans Working closely together with local Brand Team to investigate and modify infeasible and failed orders. Control the assigned vehicle pipeline – from order to delivery for Hungary, Nordic EDM and for the CEE (Central Eastern Europe) region Interface with HU dealer network, EDM importer network, EU and Turkey customs teams, FVL Operations to ensure timely vehicle availability for retail Cooperation with FoE (Ford of Europe) Order Fulfilment Team Interface with Scheduling, Plants, HU Sales, EDM Sales, product specialists Participation in VISTA retail reporting update process Management of logistics/customs related documentation (T1, EUR1, EX) Preparing EDM DH&D (Destination, Handling & Delivery) cost summary for PFM (Price File Maintenance) Team. Distribution of market specific DH&D cost summaries to EDM importers Daily reporting on Orderbank to HU and EDM Periodic reporting to local sales teams, fleet, finance, (daily, weekly, monthly) and FoE management (weekly, monthly) Monthly reporting to Finance Operations and VM Finance Periodic reporting to HU and EDM Sales teams (daily, weekly, monthly), Ford Credit on the region's performance (daily, monthly), Periodic reporting to ESO (European Sales Office) on the region's industry volumes (weekly, monthly), the region's sales activities (weekly, monthly), the region's market share (weekly, monthly), the region's production volumes (weekly, monthly) On-the-job training, shadowing Qualifications What are the requirements for this position?
