Key features include live online classes, local language tutorials, and a focus on superior performance in academic assessments.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and educating them about Teesas' products and services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, organizing presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets to contribute to company growth.QualificationsProven skills in sales, negotiation, closing clients, and client relationship managementStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and strategize accordinglyExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in edtech or the education sector is an advantageAbility to work independently, collaborate with a team, and meet targets in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredFluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
