Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Lekki, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will manage customer inquiries, promote travel packages, close sales, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires consistent follow-up with customers and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the sales process. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Customer Communication, and Client Relationship ManagementDemonstrated skills in Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of the travel and tourism industry including visa and travel insurance processesProficiency in digital tools and CRM softwareExcellent negotiation and persuasion skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage
