FutureGRIN Group is a fast-growing multi-venture company building products across education, AI/biotech, and consumer technology among others. We are looking for four (4) high-performing, motivated Impact Sales Executive to drive rapid revenue growth across our ecosystem — including GradManager, FaithBliss, FutureGRIN NextGen services, trainings, and Exclusive packages.This is a commission-focused role — the more you sell, the more you earn.ResponsibilityEngage leads via WhatsApp, email, calls, physical meeting, campus/workplace visit, social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and other relevant strategies, etc.Sell across all FutureGRIN products — GradManager, NextGen services, FaithBliss subscriptions, trainings, and Exclusive packages.Convert warm and cold leads into paying customers.Identify new customer segments, communities, and partnership opportunities.Share updates, promotions, and product info on relevant social channels.Provide weekly reports on outreach, leads, progress, and results.Commission StructurePremium: ₦2,000 per salePro: ₦3,000 per saleExclusive: ₦10,000 – ₦20,000 per saleB2B / Institutional / Large deals: 5–10% of deal valueKPIAside standard commission, if you bring in 20–30 paid customers in a month, you would be given an extra bonus of #30,000 - 50,000 for that month.Additional BenefitsMonthly data subscription providedPossible retention into a paid, full-time role after 6-12 months.Name included on company articles, and news when possibleCompany-sponsored trainings, workshops, and conferencesCertificate of Completion + potential future recommendation lettersOpportunity to travel abroad when necessaryEarly access to buy shares of other FutureGRIN companies.RequirementHighly enthusiastic and fun sales individualsPersuasive communicator with confidence and clarityComfortable with cold outreachTarget-driven and results-oriented
