POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team (Gilgal Force), overseeing investor acquisitions, recruiting & supporting realtors (Wealth Makers), and ensuring consistent conversion from webinars, community leads, inspections, and field marketing. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build and optimize a predictable sales engine.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategies.Set clear sales targets for executives and track performance daily.Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture within the Gilgal Force.Conduct daily huddles, weekly performance reviews, and monthly appraisals.Work closely with the CEO to align sales goals with business objectives.2. Lead Management & ConversionOversee lead flow from all channels: webinars, community funnel, street marketing, WhatsApp groups, paid ads, and referrals.Ensure timely follow-up on all leads within 5–15 minutes using CRM workflows.Manage segmentation: Investors, Realtors, Warm Leads, Cold Leads.Improve conversion rates at each pipeline stage.Develop call scripts, follow-up templates, and closing techniques.3. Investor Acquisition (Gilgal Investors)Present real estate investment opportunities confidently.Manage investors from inquiry → inspection → documentation → payment.Conduct investor calls, property walkthroughs, and deal presentations.Handle objections on pricing, documentation, and long-term value.Ensure smooth onboarding into the CRM and investor relations system.4. Realtor Recruitment & Management (Gilgal Wealth Makers)Recruit, onboard, and train new realtors.Conduct weekly training sessions for realtor performance.Equip realtors with marketing materials, scripts, and product updates.Monitor realtor activities, sales performance, and commission payouts.Build a vibrant community of loyal, high-performing Wealth Makers.5. Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain a clean, accurate CRM (Investor + Realtor pipelines).Monitor analytics: lead sources, conversion rates, team performance.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.Ensure all documents, inspection forms, and contracts are properly processed.6. Revenue Growth & ExpansionIdentify new revenue opportunities (bulk deals, partnerships, diaspora clients).Work with marketing to design offers, promotions, and value packages.Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded every month.Suggest new market expansions and product positioning strategies.7.
