Field Sales Representative – Oncology & Hematology FocusLocation: DubaiJob Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Pharmaceuticals / Specialty CareExperience Level: Mid-Senior LevelKey ResponsibilitiesPromote specialty care brands in Oncology and Hematology by delivering scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals.Drive sales performance across assigned territories and therapeutic markets.Develop and execute effective sales strategies and innovative tactics to achieve business objectives.Conduct customer profiling and segmentation to define and prioritize target accounts.Take full ownership of business targets by managing customer segments and executing tailored engagement plans.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including pharmacists, hospital store managers, and procurement teams.Demonstrate deep understanding of the therapeutic area, disease landscape, and product portfolio.Support formulary inclusion and implement tactical plans to increase product penetration in collaboration with access, medical, and marketing teams.Monitor product performance, analyze consumption and stock data, and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs with urgency and precision.Gather and analyze market intelligence to assess competitive threats and recommend strategic actions.Coordinate with local distributors to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfillment.Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance in all business activities.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Pharmacy or Medicine.Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.Specialization in Oncology and Hematology is strongly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong ability to understand and communicate scientific information.Proficient in customer segmentation and targeting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English.Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.Core ValuesPassion: Commitment to learning and excellence.Innovation: Bold solutions for patient care.Urgency: Acting swiftly because patients are waiting.Accountability: Ownership and transparency in delivering results.Integrity: Ethical conduct in all interactions.Inclusion: Embracing diversity and collaboration.
