Job Description

Provides technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment Identifies and corrects more complex problems associated with start-up Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs Develops on-going relationships with customers to secure future business Resolves/troubleshoots implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activitiesA Senior Individual Contributor applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or technical education as well as work experience. Responsibilities may include managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, and coaching, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
