Field Supervisor (Panadol & centrum)

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to lead our team in Giza & Upper Egypt.Akhnaton for Trading and Distribution, a member of EVA Group, is a leading company in the healthcare distribution sector. Through our partnership with Haleon (formerly GSK), we promote premium OTC brands including Centrum, Panadol, and Otrivin across Egypt.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Specialists.Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned territory.Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.Monitor competitors and market dynamics, and recommend strategic actions.Analyze monthly & quarterly performance and report actionable insights.Manage expenses and account receivables to maximize profitability.Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share.🔹 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare/OTC field.1–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.Strong leadership and analytical skills.Fluency in English (spoken & written).Must be willing to travel frequently within Giza & Upper Egypt.📩 Interested candidates can apply to recruitmentod.atr@atr-eg.com.
