Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of Finance Division.Key ResponsibilitiesMail billing is centralised and billed by head office for all stations. Ensure mail billing are performed in a timely manner. Ensure mail revenue are properly accounted for in a timely manner in our books.Ensure that mail billing rates are updated in iCargo system and timely follow up with stations for expired rates.Ensure that disputes from Postal Authorities for mail billing are genuine, and follow-ups are done for short payments. Ensure that the Outsourced Vendor maintains a high level of professional competency in the area of Mail Processing. Ensure monitoring and timely clearance of suspense accounts.RequirementsPossess a diploma.Preferably with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.Fresh diploma holders with no experience are welcome as well.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
