Finance Analyst / CPA

Do you have the following:A sharp eye for numbers and a passion for turning data into insights?Skilled at analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts?Enjoy supporting decision-making by providing detailed and accurate reports?Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities for growth?Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?What You Will Do:Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare variance analysis reports and present insights to management.Support cost optimization and revenue improvement initiatives.Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.Track performance against budgets and highlight key drivers of change.Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Support internal and external audits with accurate data.Collaboration & SupportWork closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams.Provide financial insights to operational teams to improve performance.Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and financial trackers.More About You:3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Valid CPA License in the Philippines
