The professional in this role will oversee financial and administrative operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Responsibilities also include managing accounting software, tracking budgets, assisting with audits, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role plays a crucial part in supporting operational efficiency and financial transparency within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in financial statements preparation and financial reportingStrong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance conceptsExperience working with accounting software and managing financial systemsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in compliance and audit processes preferredAbility to work on-site in Lusaka and collaborate effectively with team members
