This internship offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial and operational processes within a dynamic wine distribution company. Depending on your background and interests, you will be assigned to one of the key functions: Finance or Accounting or Procurement.Key Responsibilities Role FinanceSupport payment process and bank transfer preparationMonitor and record petty cash transactionsAssist in maintaining proper financial documentation for all payments and receiptsHelp with monthly expense reconciliation and internal financial reporting AccountingRecord daily sales, purchases, and expenses in the bookkeeping systemVerify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers before postingOrganize and archive supporting accounting documentsAssist during audits and internal financial reviews Stock & ProcurementCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams to confirm accuracy of purchase and sales transactionsMaintain supplier records and payment schedulesSupport tracking of goods receipts and related supplier invoicesHelp ensure proper documentation and matching between stock movement and financial recordsRequirementsBased in BaliIndonesian citizen or permanent residentFinal year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsEager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a teamGood communication skills in English (spoken and written) are a plusBenefitsHands on experience in finance and business operations within the wine industryOpportunity to learn directly from experienced professionalsSupportive and growth driven work culture in an international environmentOpportunity to work across multiple business functionsOpen, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture
