Job Description
I. Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing TrackingAnalyze market trends and movements for both the company and competitors.Continuously monitor the performance of commercial functions.2. Customer and Merchant AnalysisConduct customer analysis, including order frequency and behavioral trends.Evaluate merchant performance and identify improvement opportunities.3. Strategy and PlanningInitiate, define, plan, communicate, and follow up on the company’s business strategy.Ensure the company’s long-term viability and maintain market share.4. Cross-Department CollaborationPartner with Finance, Business Intelligence (BI), and Operations teams for reporting data and reconciliation processes.5. Data Forecasting AccuracyGuarantee all reporting and forecasting figures for all products maintain an accuracy of ±5%.6. Financial ReportingSupport business units with:Revenue analysisBusiness case developmentProfit and Loss (P&L) statementsBalance sheets7. Commercial Data CompilationGather and compile relevant data to support key initiatives under the Wing Commerce department.8. Digitalized ReportingCollaborate with the MIS team to create dashboards for all products and services using Tableau/Power BI.9. Process ImprovementManage and enhance processes to provide functional groups with timely and effective information to sustain a competitive advantage.II. Working ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Data/Reporting management, or related business performance sectors (e-commerce, banking, products/services). III. Business UnderstandingStrong knowledge of the related industry, and understanding of company values and culture.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and business ethics.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.IV. QualificationsStrong experience in finance, analytics, and reporting.Proficiency in tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental interaction.Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in forecasts and reporting.Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business success.
