Finance Business Partner

Barden are delighted to be supporting a large international business for a Finance Business Partner.This role will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making, with OPEX planning, cost control, and operational performance management as the core focus. Partnering with senior leaders to ensure operating spend is well managed, forecast accurately, and aligned to business priorities.About the role:Lead OPEX budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and reportingAnalyse operating costs, trends, and drivers to improve efficiency and control spendMonitor spend vs budget and highlight risks, variances, and opportunitiesPartner with leaders on headcount planning, resource costs, and operational initiativesProvide commercial insight and challenge to senior stakeholdersSupport monthly performance reviews, forecasting, and planning cyclesAbout the person:Qualified accountant with circa. 2+ years PQEStrong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial financeProven exposure to OPEX management, cost control, or operational financial governanceStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilityExperience influencing senior stakeholders and non-finance teamsAdvanced Excel and familiarity with financial/ERP reporting tools
