Finance Executive

With a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and impact, Gobi supports entrepreneurs in shaping the future of technology, finance, and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Financial OperationsMaintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all finance-related materials.Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of balances.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice verification, processing, and posting.Maintain the payable ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.Stakeholder SupportLiaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies as required.Support the team in responding to internal and external financial queries.Work closely with other departments (HR, Legal, Operations, Investments) to ensure smooth financial processes and timely communication.General AdministrationProvide administrative and operational support to the Finance function.Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior executives.Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Fresh graduates with internship experience or 1–2 years of working experience in finance/accounting are encouraged to apply.Basic (or Good) understanding of accounting principles.Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to communicate in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, particularly for collaboration with China and ASEAN counterparts
