This is a unique opportunity to own high-impact customer engagements while helping shape how some of the most innovative businesses in tech operate and make decisions.This role is ideal for finance professionals who excel in modeling, problem-solving, and executive communication and who enjoy working directly with customers to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.About the RoleAs a Forward Deployed Finance Partner, you’ll lead customers through the full journey of implementation, onboarding, and long-term adoption of the platform. You’ll run high-impact financial modeling sessions, collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering, and serve as the trusted advisor guiding customers toward operational excellence.You’ll work closely with founders, CFOs, and strategy leaders across fast-growing startups — making this a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of the company’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end customer onboarding, from initial setup to long-term adoptionConduct 2–4 daily sessions focused on modeling, forecasting, optimization, and trainingBuild and refine financial models including revenue forecasts, hiring plans, cash flow, balance sheets, and scenario analysesCollaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding, workflows, and user experienceDrive key outcomes such as time-to-value, retention, and customer independenceAct as the voice of the customer, bringing insights back to product and leadershipWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, consulting - Big 5, strategic finance, deal desk, or similar roles (startup experience a plus)Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling best practicesComfort working with structured data; SQL experience preferredBackground in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or client-facing consultingExcellent communication and presentation skills confident engaging with executivesSelf-driven, adaptable, and organized in fast-paced environmentsU.S. work authorization requiredSalary - $150K - $190K base plus equity
