Vice President of Capital Markets – Renewable EnergyMadison Hunt is partnered with a leading and rapidly expanding clean energy platform backed by a tier 1 global infrastructure investors. As the company continues to scale its multi-gigawatt solar and energy storage portfolio across the United States, we are seeking a Vice President of Capital Markets to lead all financing strategy and execution activities across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own the capital markets function across the platform, driving all debt, tax equity, and structured financing activities for a growing portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects.Develop and execute long-term capital strategy, optimizing capital structure across project and corporate levels to support accelerated growth and maximize shareholder returns.Oversee all financing transactions including construction debt, term loans, holdco debt, portfolio refinancing's, and tax equity partnerships- managing negotiations, documentation, and closing processes directly with lenders and investors.Build and manage relationships with project finance banks, institutional lenders, tax equity investors, and credit providers to ensure ongoing access to competitive capital.Lead, mentor, and grow the capital markets team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and executional excellence.Ideal Candidate Profile10–15 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or capital markets within the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.Demonstrated success executing complex tax equity and debt financings from term sheet through close, ideally within a developer, IPP, or sponsor-backed platform.Deep technical fluency in renewable project economics, financing structures, and documentation.Proven leadership experience managing teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder transactions across internal and external partners.Established relationships with project finance banks, institutional lenders, and tax equity investors active in U.S. renewables.
