These initiatives strengthen our capabilities and ensure seamless, high-quality solutions across international markets.At our core, we focus on long-term client partnerships, bespoke investment strategies, and building a high-performing advisory team to navigate the complexities of modern wealth management.Role OverviewAs the Finance Manager at Titan Wealth International, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with the FP&A Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial management across the business.This role is responsible for leading the financial control and reporting function, ensuring strong accounting governance, management of the reporting calendar, and the delivery of month-end and year-end results. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, driving process improvements, and supporting both statutory and management reporting requirements.The Finance Manager will also collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager to align actual financials with forecasts and budgets, ensuring that both reporting and planning are seamlessly integrated within Titan’s financial framework.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ControlManage the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across all entities.Maintain and oversee the Group reporting calendar, ensuring key deliverables, reviews, and submissions are met to Group deadlines.Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring results are aligned with Titan Wealth Holdings’ reporting requirements.Maintain oversight of general ledger integrity, journal entries, and reconciliations across multiple jurisdictions.Support the preparation of consolidated financial reporting packs for Group submission.Collaboration with FP&AWork alongside the FP&A Manager to ensure consistency between management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.Support variance analysis and commentary, providing detailed insights into performance drivers and trends.Contribute to short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.Audit & ComplianceCoordinate annual statutory and internal audits, liaising with external auditors and advisors as required.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements across Titan’s international entities.Maintain robust internal controls and assist the Financial Controller in enforcing Group accounting policies.Cash & Treasury ManagementOversee daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment processes, ensuring adherence to delegated authorities.Support treasury management activities to maintain optimal working capital and liquidity.Process Improvement & Systems DevelopmentIdentify and implement process improvements across financial reporting, control, and system workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Support the integration of new acquisitions into Titan’s finance and reporting infrastructure.Contribute to the rollout of financial automation and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite).Ad Hoc ProjectsSupport the Financial Controller and CFO on project work, including M&A integrations, control reviews, and system enhancements.Provide ad hoc analysis or financial insight to senior management as required. Required SkillsProfessional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation principles, and multi-entity reporting within international environments.Systems Proficiency: Experience with accounting and reporting systems (e.g., Xero, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel capability.Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, particularly with FP&A and operational teams, to ensure alignment between reporting, forecasting, and strategy.Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and maintain exceptional accuracy in financial outputs.
