Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist, located at our office in Tirana. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, performing accounting duties, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional duties include supporting budgeting processes, providing financial recommendations to the management team, and assisting with financial audits. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Strong skills in Finance and the preparation and analysis of Financial StatementsProficiency in Accounting principles and practicesExcellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholdersProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly ExcelAttention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlinesRelevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar role in the hospitality or manufacturing industry is an advantage
