We foster an inclusive culture driven by the diversity of our employees and flat structure management to encourage collaboration and contribution from the whole team.About The RoleAs a Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective finance operations across the APAC region. You will work closely with the Head of Finance – APAC and contribute to month-end reporting, tax compliance, financial analysis and continuous improvement across the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to:Prepare accurate financial statements and support group and local reporting.Manage general ledger activities, month-end journals, and account reconciliations.Assist with tax compliance across ANZ (BAS, Payroll Tax, PAYG, IRD).Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for decision-making.Maintain the fixed asset register, including depreciation and asset tracking.Provide oversight across accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Support cash flow monitoring and forecasting.Contribute to audit preparation and respond to audit queries.Help strengthen internal controls and process improvements.About youYou Bring The Following Skills And ExperienceDegree qualified in finance, business, accounting or related discipline.Professional accounting qualification CA or CPA is preferred with a strong knowledge and application of international accounting standards (IFRS) and accounting principles.Expertise in financial reporting and knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements in local jurisdiction.Around 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.Proficiency in both Excel and accounting software, with a preference in NetSuite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Our BenefitsFlexible annual leave: We are committed to support our employees' well-being and work-life balance.
