Our commitment to premium craftsmanship and customer satisfaction drives our operations.About the RoleVigil Antislip is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Financial Controller to manage our financial operations and contribute to our continued success.You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes. Responsibilities include:✔Managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and weekly payroll.✔Preparing monthly financial reports and statements.✔Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.✔Timely lodgment of Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and BAS.✔Overseeing financial management for our US operations (Dallas).✔Onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.✔Liaising with external accountants and supporting the Managing Director.✔Providing backup support for the freight controller role.What we’re looking for: ✅ 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or financial control✅ Proficiency in MYOB & Microsoft Excel✅ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills & problem-solving ability✅ Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping preferredWhat we offer:💰 Competitive hourly rate🕒 Flexible work arrangements🤝 Supportive, collaborative team environment👉 Ready to take the next step?
