More information can be found from our mother company's website at https://www.aptiumassist.com.au/about Position Overview: We are seeking 4 motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Financial Adviser Assistant. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about supporting financial advisers and working with High Net Worth individuals. Students awaiting graduation who are able to work full-time and have outstanding academic results are also welcome. Key Responsibilities: Efficient and accurate execution of all advisory documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications. Assist advisers in meeting preparation, including research and preparation of Client Portfolio Reviews. Maintain and update client profiles using our company software (Xplan). Prepare documents to assist financial advisers in producing financial reports (Statements of Advice and Review of Advice). Develop a detailed understanding of client portfolios to provide comprehensive responses. Prepare all advisory documents, including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices, and other relevant paperwork. Foster strong communication and working relationships with clients. Perform ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the development of best practice strategies. Skills & Experience Required: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (IELTS Certificate of 7.0+ or equivalent required). Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with effective time management skills. Preference given to Australian graduates. What We Offer: Competitive salary with full social security benefits. Annual 13th-14th month bonus. Four weeks of paid annual leave. A young, friendly, and supportive office environment. Continuous training and professional development opportunities. Potential for travel to Australia and other Asian countries. Exciting team outings and activities. Join Us: If you are ready to embark on a rewarding career as a Financial Adviser Assistant with FinAssist, we would love to hear from you.
