The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.Your roleWe are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our France International team, within the Europe International Market in Geneva as part of a unique, structured 4-year rotational programme designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in private banking and investment management.At the end of this programme, you will be fully equipped to take on the role of Private Banker, supported by a robust in-house network of specialists and a deep understanding of our business and clients.This permanent position offers a 48-month journey through three key areas of our Wealth Management business, allowing you to build expertise and develop a strong professional network:Year 1: Immersion with Client Relationship Officers to discover client relationship management and daily operations. Years 2 & 3: Integration within the Investment Platform to deepen your knowledge of investment and portfolio management, and to understand the needs of portfolio managers.Year 4: Gaining practical experience in high-level wealth management advisory through the management of an existing client portfolio. Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by a Senior Banker and will collaborate with professionals across the banking sector, support the implementation of wealth management strategies, and contribute to the delivery of tailored solutions for our clients.
