This is a fully remote position based in Switzerland, offering the opportunity to operate within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment while contributing to a forward-looking institutional platform.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage large-volume OTC cryptocurrency trades with institutional and high-net-worth counterparties.Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, liquidity providers, exchanges, and institutional clients.Source bilateral trading opportunities and negotiate competitive pricing and settlement terms.Monitor crypto market conditions, liquidity trends, spreads, and volatility to optimize trade execution.Manage counterparty risk, settlement processes, and post-trade reconciliation.Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to Swiss regulatory standards and internal policies.Provide regular reporting on trading performance, market insights, and revenue metrics.Identify arbitrage and structured trading opportunities across venues and jurisdictions.RequirementsProven experience in OTC cryptocurrency trading or institutional digital asset trading.Strong understanding of crypto market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, custody solutions, and settlement workflows.Established network of institutional clients, brokers, or liquidity providers is highly desirable.Deep knowledge of major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, stablecoins) and emerging digital assets.Solid grasp of risk management principles and capital allocation strategies.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Professional presence and strong ethical standards aligned with Swiss financial practices.What We OfferCompetitive annual salary: CHF 165,000 – 190,000, plus performance-based incentives.Fully remote role within Switzerland with flexible working structure.Direct exposure to institutional-scale digital asset operations.Opportunity to contribute to the strategic expansion of a forward-looking technology and investment organization.Professional autonomy in a lean, high-performance team environment.Long-term growth opportunities in digital assets, trading strategy, and emerging financial technologies.If you are a disciplined, market-driven OTC professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values precision, discretion, and performance, we invite you to apply and become part of a team shaping the future of digital finance.
