Explore more on Cubic.com.The Role: Financial Analyst – Tender SupportThis role serves as the financial point of contact for smaller tender responses within the region. Supporting both new and harvested proposals, the Financial Analyst delivers timely cost and price analysis while working alongside various disciplines in a large matrix organization. The role is integral to the business and contributes to the development and implementation of program cost control goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring a seamless transition from tender to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Program Manager in responding to customer requests for proposals through development and analysis of cost and pricing dataPrepare and present complex Excel models including costing and pricing sheetsEnsure accurate financial applications are applied to estimatesSupport multiple phases of cost proposal preparation and evaluationCollect and sanitize relevant qualitative and quantitative data for modelingDocument all cost and pricing decisionsContribute to the creation of data systems and metrics to support estimation and price analysisCollaborate with project estimators and project management on scoping issuesSupport the transfer of financial knowledge from bid to project finance teamAlign costs with a resource-loaded schedule and ensure linkage to the cost modelInteract with Finance Project Accounting to support business planning and reportingWhat We’re Looking ForFour-year degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalentMinimum of two years of relevant experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Macro level) and proficiency in PowerPointCommercial acumen and ability to manage change and conflicting demandsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyUnderstanding of SOX and US GAAP preferredApply NowReady to make a difference?
