People are our most valuable asset.Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and have direct exposure to senior leaders of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial plans for the senior leadership team;Assist with quarterly and annual management reporting package for the board of directors;Assist with analyzing financial results and variances and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports;Collaborate with cross-functional teams through preparation of monthly financial reports for department leaders;Improve and streamline financial models and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;Work on special projects as needed.Note: This description reflects the general nature of the role. It’s not a complete list of responsibilities—we believe in flexibility, initiative, and growing together.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or similar role;Strong analytical and problem solving;Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including in-depth knowledge of advanced formulasKnowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;Prior experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Hubspot a plus, but not required;Ability to work independently as well as part of the team;Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills;Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.Apply Now
