Financial Analyst

We help them grow professionally, care for them as people, and inspire them to expand their knowledge and skill sets.Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our to join our great team of professionals in Sofia!Responsibilities:Analyze current and historical financial data and performance.Prepare financial reports, projections and trend analyses for management.Extract, analyze and manage data from payment systems (PayPal and others).Analyze deposits, refunds, chargebacks and fees at a transaction level, and investigate discrepancies.Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of balances and movements across payment providers and internal systems.Review invoices from casino and sports content providers, prepare supporting memos, and investigate any discrepancies.Assist in preparing Gambling Commission reports, including tax calculations, in line with regulatory requirements.Support management in identifying and implementing process improvements.Recommend enhancements to internal controls and financial processes.Qualifications & Skills:BA degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in a finance or accounting position is an advantage.Industry experience in online gaming or payments is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.What are YOU getting:Competitive remuneration package.Social benefits such as Supplemental Health Insurance, Food vouchers, Multisport card, Transportation allowance, Birthday bonus, Marriage and Newborn bonuses, amazing team building events, etc.Office in the city center.A chance to be part of an exciting and growing industry.Regular team activities, snacks and drinks in the office, positive team spirit.If you are interested in joining our team, send us your CV in English.Confidentiality of all applications is guaranteed!
