This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, vendor (Microsoft) invoice reconciliation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support finance controlling and business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Invoice Reconciliation: Ensuring that invoices are accurately reconciled and instructions provided to the finance department for SAP bookings.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial invoice reconciliation statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Revenue and Costs of Products Recognition: Analyze, reconcile and manage vendor revenue and cost of sales transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.Data Analysis: Analyze financial marketplace and vendor data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure financial processes align with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Education - bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.Previous experience in accounting, preferably within software e-commerce or online marketplace environments.Previous experience in accounting within Microsoft related Products.English proficiency written and verbal is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Nice to Have:Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification.Previous knowledge in SAP.Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools and software e-commerce platforms (marketplaces).This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and compliance of online marketplaces, making it an exciting opportunity for those with a strong accounting background and an interest in e-commerce.It is one of our fundamental values to respect human rights and to ensure that they are respected.
