This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst to play a key role in strengthening financial operations and driving accuracy, efficiency, and insight within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.About the RoleAs the Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance Department in managing the full accounting cycle, from reconciliations and journal entries to budgeting, reporting, and audit preparation. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) teams, managing monthly budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements. You will also play a hands-on role in analysing financial performance, preparing management reports, and contributing to business planning and cost control initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Financial Accountant in day-to-day finance operations and reportingPrepare, reconcile, and maintain general ledger accounts and manual journal entriesEnsure a clear understanding of debits, credits, and journal entry processesAssist in monthly and quarterly budgeting, including analysis of actual vs. budget performanceSupport budget control by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesCoordinate closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely and accurate postingsPrepare bank reconciliations and provide back-up support for daily reconciliation activitiesParticipate in income tax filing and audit preparation for both internal and external auditsReview and approve sales orders within delegated limitsGenerate financial reports and participate in monthly budget analysis and cost reviewsContribute to the development and implementation of financial process improvementsSkills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (required).3–5 years’ experience in a financial analysis or accounting role.Solid understanding of debits, credits, journal entries, and the accounting cycleStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingProficiency in using an ERP system (SAP preferred).Working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach to work.What You’ll BringA passion for numbers and problem-solving.Strong organisation and time-management skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesA commitment to accuracy, integrity, and teamworkInitiative to improve processes and drive results.
