Job Description

Location: WarsawWe are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake financial controlling and reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures and ad-hoc analysis. Tasks:Preparation of monthly and weekly financial reportingAnalysis and monitoring monthly financial closingManage the budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processesBudget monitoring, analyzing budget variancesProviding support for the year-end financial audit in close cooperation with the Chief Accountant.Collaboration with sales and production departments to analyze financial performance analysis and optimize effortsMonitor expenditures for investment projectsControl the efficiency of working capitalDevelop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlOptimize control tools to improve the reporting processRequirements:Higher education in finance, management or accounting3+ years of experience in similar rolesExcellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and other MS Office applicationsStrong orientation towards modern controlling tools, and automationCapability for synthetic and analytical thinkingKnowledge of English at a level that allows for free communicationAbility to work under time pressure and to tight deadlinesIndependence, communicativeness, assertivenessWe review applications regularly, so don’t waitWe are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us.
