The Financial Controller will oversee and manage the organization’s financial activities, including preparing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, conducting financial reporting, and performing financial analyses. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to support the organization's financial health and growth.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial ReportingProficiency in Accounting principles and practicesSolid Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making processesExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory complianceExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in financial software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferredPrior experience in a healthcare, biotech, or related industry is a plus
