Role Description We are seeking a Financial Controller for our Sales & Marketing team in Bratislava Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office work and flexibility to work remotely. Primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making in sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams to develop financial strategies, oversee accounting processes, and monitor financial performance to meet business objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial ReportingProficiency in Finance and Accounting principlesAdvanced Analytical Skills and a detail-oriented approachAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate financial informationProven experience in a financial controller or similar roleFamiliarity with relevant financial software and toolsProfessional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar are advantageousBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry is a plus
