We are currently looking for a Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! If you have accounting experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, etc.), are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive then this might be a job for you!Job Title: Financial Onboarding and Processing SpecialistDepartment: Profit CoachLocation: RemoteWork Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights, and some weekends.Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $34.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives.Benefits: 401k with employer 3% matching; Medical insurance provided with minimal employee contribution (with HRA), Supplemental insurances, EAP, employer-provided life insurance/AD&D, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 paid holidays offPrimary Job Function: The Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
