Senior FP&A ManagerHigh-Growth Technology Scale-Up£90,000 – £110,000 + Bonus & EquityCentral London (Hybrid)A high-growth technology scale-up is seeking to appoint an Senior FP&A Manager to strengthen its growing finance team. The company has achieved exceptional growth in recent years and is preparing for its next phase of expansion, with a view toward a potential public listing. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this is a newly created role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape the financial planning and analysis framework for a scaling, data-driven business. You will take ownership of key FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and management reporting, while supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Ownership of group budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance reporting.Partnering with business leaders across Commercial, Product and Operations to deliver meaningful analysis and insight.Supporting the development of robust financial models, dashboards and KPI frameworks.Enhancing cash forecasting and liquidity reporting in collaboration with finance and data teams.Assisting with board and investor reporting, ensuring information is accurate, timely and decision-focused.Contributing to the implementation of Anaplan and improving integration between FP&A tools, ERP and data infrastructure.About you:Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong post-qualification FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — ideally technology, digital or fintech.Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.Comfortable operating in a complex, data-rich environment and collaborating across teams.Strong communication skills, able to present insight clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.Experience with Anaplan or similar planning systems advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s most dynamic technology scale-ups at a pivotal stage in its journey.
