Financial Reporting Analyst

About the RoleA multinational company is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join its global financial reporting team spannin. This position focuses on supporting financial reporting excellence across worldwide business units, ensuring high-quality consolidation and reporting processes. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the full group reporting cycle, collaborating closely with accounting, controlling, and digital/IT teams.Provide first-line and some second-line support to a global network of finance users working with key applications such as SAP BW4HANA (reporting), SAP BPC (consolidation), Power BI, intercompany netting tools, and group coding structures.Safeguard the monthly reporting process through monitoring, system checks, and administrative activities, ensuring strict deadlines are met.Perform system housekeeping, maintenance, monthly calls, and ad-hoc communications with end users.Contribute to user knowledge portals and deliver training to explain reporting processes and system usage.Participate in projects including onboarding new companies or ERPs into the group reporting landscape.Lead change requests to improve or create new service desk forms and workflows.Identify and drive process improvements, enhance documentation, and increase customer satisfaction.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors Degree Economics, Finance, or related field, ideally with strong technical affinity.Strong service mindset and excellent communication skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
