TM0020We are seeking a hands-on and entrepreneurial finance leader to take full ownership of the finance function in a fast-growing group of companies within the software and digital transformation space. This is a step-up opportunity for an experienced finance professional aiming to move into a future CFO role within a dynamic Private Equity-backed environment. Your Responsibilities:

Lead operational and strategic accounting at both entity and group level (HGB)Oversee consolidation, liquidity planning, tax, treasury, and financial reportingIntegrate new acquisitions into the group’s financial and reporting structureWork closely with the CFO and key cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, etc. )Develop and scale the finance department (including team leadership and finance IT tools)Serve as a sparring partner to portfolio company leadership teamsPlay a key role in the preparation and execution of a planned exit processYour Profile:

Strong technical expertise in accounting, consolidation, financial planning, and reportingExperience working within international group structures (DACH & offshore)Solid tax knowledge – ideally with qualifications such as CPA or certified accountantSkilled in financial systems, tools, and process automationProven leadership ability with a hands-on, service-oriented mindsetHighly structured, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independentlyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and EnglishWillingness to be regularly on-site in FrankfurtIdeally, previous experience in a Private Equity setting and/or agency/professional services environmentClear motivation to take the next step into a CFO-level role
