The ideal candidate will have extensive technical and managerial experience in finishing, fit-out, and interior works execution.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all finishing and fit-out works on site.Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and timelines.Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.Review drawings and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Prepare progress reports and monitor site performance.Solve technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Minimum of 20 years of experience in finishing and construction management.Strong background in luxury or large-scale projects.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
