We are pursuing this mission by developing universal nanotube solutions and introducing them into the manufacturing industry. This is leading to the creation of a new generation of nanoaugmented materials and end products, whose previously unobtainable properties will become the standard for consumer expectations.Key responsibilities:Fire Risk Assessment and AnalysisConduct thorough fire risk assessments for chemical manufacturing, storage, and handling operations.Identify potential ignition sources, combustible materials, and process-related fire risks.Develop mitigation strategies to minimize fire risks.System Design and ImplementationDesign and recommend fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems appropriate for chemical facilities, including foam systems, sprinklers, gas suppression, and specialized fireproofing solutions.Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure proper installation and maintenance of systems.Compliance and StandardsEnsure adherence to national and international fire safety standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, API, FM Global standards).Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for audits and inspections.Liaise with regulatory bodies and insurance representatives regarding fire protection requirements.Emergency Preparedness and ResponseDevelop, update, and test fire emergency response plans.Conduct fire drills and employee fire safety training programs tailored to chemical hazards.Act as incident commander or support role during fire emergencies.Inspection and Maintenance OversightSchedule and perform regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment.Analyze maintenance records and recommend upgrades or repairs.Continuous ImprovementLead initiatives to introduce new fire prevention technologies and procedures.Stay current with industry developments and new technologies related to fire protection in chemical industries.Required qualifications and experience:VII level of education, fire protection, or related field will be advantage.Domestic licence for Fire protection.Two years of experience in fire protection-related positions.Strong knowledge of fire dynamics, chemical reactivity, and explosion hazards.Proficiency with fire modeling software (e.g., FDS, Pathfinder).Experience with quantitative risk assessments.Familiarity with relevant building codes and fire codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.Fluent in Serbian, proficient in English.What we offer:An attractive position in a global and dynamic company;Opportunity for professional and personal development;Competitive employment conditions.
