With projects in over 10 countries, we help factories achieve full digital transformation through MES, APS, WMS, and AI integration.Position: Software AnalystWe are looking for a Software Analyst to join our team in Serbia. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP systems or previous experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Analyze and document customer requirements related to manufacturing and ERP processes.Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and optimize system integration.Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team.Support system configuration, testing, and implementation.Conduct training and provide ongoing customer support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).OR prior experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing company.Strong analytical and communication skills.Fluency in English and Serbian.We Offer:Full remote work – freedom to work from anywhere.Opportunity to work on international Industry 4.0 projects.Competitive salary package.Continuous training and professional development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Note: Only candidates who graduated from the University of Belgrade will be considered for this position.
