Job DescriptionWork Arrangement:Onsite: This role is categorized as on-site. The successful candidate is expected to report to the KSA location full time.The Role:The Fleet Development Manager will strategically grow and develop GM’s fleet business in Saudi Arabia, working closely with dealers and the Country Manager to drive sales and market share. This position leads the development of dealer fleet departments, enhances sales force capabilities, and implements regional initiatives. The role is pivotal in building strong relationships with key accounts, supporting unified go-to-market plans, and ensuring profitable fleet sales penetration. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on GM’s fleet growth and dealer performance in the region.What You’ll Do:Grow and develop the KSA fleet business in line with business objectives.Maintain healthy and profitable fleet sales penetration in assigned territories.Develop dealer fleet sales force capability through training and education on GM standards.Lead the development of dealer fleet departments, including structure, recruiting, and training.Review customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.Support the Country Manager in implementing unified go-to-market plans and achieving sales targets.Prepare visit agendas and contact reports with clear action plans and deliverables.Establish consistent pricing guidelines for dealers in assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support GM vehicles.Activate and implement KSA’s Fleet Marketing plans.Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and market intelligence.Prepare support requests for funding of dealer fleet initiatives.Your Skills & Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field3–5 years of automotive or fleet experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeOpen to travel across KSAAbout GMOur vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.Why Join Us We believe we all must make a choice every day – individually and collectively – to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
