Let's see what it takes 💛What you will do:Manage and support partner sign-up and onboarding processes Communicate with partners through emailMaintain accurate partner records in CRM (Salesforce) Ensure timely follow-up and smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and cooperationWhat you need to succeed in this role:Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail (spotless writing and structure) Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Channel Partnerships Experience in partner onboarding or partner sign-upAbility to quickly learn internal tools and follow established processes Comfortable working with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Ability to build rapport and maintain positive partner relationships Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Will be a great plus:Experience in SaaS or tech environment Familiarity with CRM reporting / tracking partner pipeline Benefits and Perks:Fixed schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm CETOpportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentThe items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
