Understand and adhere to proper alcohol service procedures. Talent ProfilePrevious experience in a comparable role is preferred.Attention to detail and being proactive. Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity. Proficient in both written and spoken English.NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card.Food Handler's Certificate.Valid working rights in Australia. Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
