If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love making operations work seamlessly, this role offers purpose, challenge and real-world impact.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key role in supporting nationwide logistics operations — ensuring our volunteers have the right equipment, at the right time, wherever disaster strikes.Working closely with the Logistics & Procurement team, you’ll improve systems and workflows, maintain national readiness, and help implement smarter ways of operating. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the National Operations Centre, manage contractors and maintenance requests, and keep consumables and equipment organised and deployment ready.You’ll also collaborate with volunteer Logistics Coordinators across the country, offering practical guidance, building strong relationships and supporting them to deliver safe, effective operations.Skills and Experiences:About YouYou bring experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or operational coordination, and you’re confident working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your communication skills help you build trust with staff and volunteers, and you stay organised even when priorities shift.You’re comfortable with Microsoft 365, have strong coordination skills, and bring clarity and structure to complex operations.
